Reminder: FUMA Transportation for EOY Departure

Dear Parents,

This is a friendly reminder about FUMA Transportation for the End of the Year. 

To ensure we can accommodate your cadet's departure needs, Director of Cadet Activities and Transportation, Mr. BJ York, requires an appropriate amount of time in advance for transportation requests. The deadline for submitting a request for FUMA to transport your cadet from campus at the end of the year is Wednesday, May 29. 

Unaccompanied minors must be submitted by Monday, May 27.

Any requests submitted after the deadline, will not be guaranteed.  

Here is how to request FUMA Transportation:

• Submit a Leave Request in Orah before next week's deadline.
• On the Leave Request, select the option for FUMA Transportation. 
• Please attach your cadet's travel itinerary to the Leave Request. 

Important Departure Dates:

• 7th Graders: All 7th graders will be dismissed from campus following the promotion ceremony on Wednesday, June 5. 
• Undergraduate Cadets: All undergraduates (grades 8th-11th) may depart campus on Thursday, June 6 after their Term 5 exam at 12:30 PM. 
• Seniors & Band Members: Seniors and members of the Band can depart campus on Friday, June 7 following Graduation (ceremony ends around 11 AM). If your cadet is staying with the Band, you have already been notified.
